How to Order

Once you place your first order, an account will automatically be created, allowing you to track your orders, view order history and keep your address book up to date to avoid duplicating data.

1. Using the navigation menu, or the search functionality, find your desired items

• Select the item(s) you wish to order, select quantity and click “Add to cart”.
• Continue shopping until you have added all your desired items into the cart.

2. Review your cart

• Click the cart icon at the top of the screen and select “View cart”.
• Edit quantities by clicking “Update cart” or remove items by selecting the Bin icon to the right-hand side of the product entry.
• Click checkout to continue.

3. Checkout

• If you are an existing customer, enter your email address and password to sign in.
• If you are a new customer, enter your email address, Country/Region and other details, including shipping address and postcode/zip code.
• Apply discount code if applicable.

4. Payment

• For US and UK based customers either Click ‘Pay with Paypal’ and enter credit card details and click 'Complete Purchase'. Or follow the invoice method. Please provide your shipping details, contact information, and VAT/ ATU number if applicable. A member of the team will be in touch to confirm when your order is placed.
• For European customers, please follow the invoice method as above.

5. Order confirmation

• Once the transaction is complete, you will be redirected back to the shop and you can view the order confirmation and details.
